Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Known Space, an AI-visibility audit product built and operated by Networks & Nodes. By requesting a scan, accessing a private report, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Known Space for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

What Known Space provides

The free scan performs the checks described on the request page using OpenAI with web search. The paid Full-Space Scan is a one-time digital service for one business. It expands the audit into six customer-search scenarios across OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, and Perplexity, for up to 18 planned provider observations, and compiles the eligible evidence into a private report.

The product description, scope, price, and currency displayed immediately before Checkout form part of your order. Known Space is not a subscription unless a future offer expressly says otherwise.

Point-in-time observations

AI-provider outputs change. A report records what selected providers returned for approved questions at a particular time. It is not a universal search ranking, certification, or guarantee of recommendation, traffic, leads, revenue, or future performance. An unavailable, refused, or ineligible provider observation is kept separate from a negative business finding.

AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying important facts before acting on the report. Known Space does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

Your authority and responsibilities

You agree to:

• submit accurate information and use a delivery address you control;
• request a scan only for a business you own, represent, or are otherwise authorized to evaluate;
• avoid submitting secrets, payment-card data, sensitive personal information, or unlawful content;
• use private report links responsibly and notify us if one is exposed; and
• comply with applicable law and avoid attempts to abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or evade service safeguards.

You grant Known Space the limited permission needed to process submitted business facts, perform the requested provider checks, generate the report, and provide support.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless Checkout states otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Known Space does not receive complete card details. You authorize the displayed one-time charge and are responsible for applicable taxes or fees shown at Checkout. Paid access is granted only after Stripe confirms payment through a verified server notification.

Digital delivery

There is no physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, you may need to confirm the customer-search scenarios before processing begins. The scan runs online and the resulting report is delivered through a private Known Space page, with transactional email used for verification or report access where applicable. Timing depends on provider availability, queue conditions, and completion of required customer inputs.

Cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel before purchase by leaving Checkout; no charge is made. Because the paid scan is a one-time digital service, there are no physical returns or exchanges.

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase if the paid scan has not begun. After processing begins, a refund is available when Known Space cannot deliver any usable paid report because of a technical failure within our control. An unfavorable result, a business not appearing in provider responses, or some unavailable provider observations is not by itself a service failure because measuring those outcomes is the purpose of the product.

Send requests to hello@knownspace.space with the purchase email, date, amount, and support reference if available. We review eligibility and respond as soon as practical. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; Stripe and the customer's financial institution control the time needed for funds to appear. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Report access and intellectual property

You retain rights in information you submit. Known Space and Networks & Nodes retain rights in the service, software, branding, question design, scoring method, report format, and other original materials. Subject to these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive right to use and share your completed report for the submitted business's internal and commercial planning. Do not resell, white-label, or reproduce the underlying service or methodology without written permission.

Third-party services

Known Space relies on Stripe and independent AI, hosting, storage, email, and security providers. We do not control their systems or public-web sources. We may pause, retry, degrade, or decline a scan when a provider is unavailable, refuses a request, changes its service, or when safety and legal rules require it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Known Space is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, provider availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Networks & Nodes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from Known Space. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes, suspension, and general terms

We may change the service or these Terms as technology, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the service, or when use violates these Terms. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
